Always focusing on 100% accuracy, we systematically organise every project (EPC: Engineering, Procurement and Construction). The project management team assumes responsibility for all the process steps, creates the order processing and utilises the resources of the organisational units. We develop a quality plan and document the entire process with the help of our Document Management System (DMS) to ensure a cost-efficient, sustainable supply of the necessary parts for at least 10 years.

Consultation

We provide our customers with detailed, solution-oriented product advice, cost and value analysis and a service and quality programme tailored to their project requirements.

Supplier Relationship Management

A regular data exchange between customers and manufacturers, supplier scouting, supplier evaluation and supplier reviews are the foundation on which we build a successful collaboration.

Engineering

Our engineers provide customers with advice on technologies and product optimisation.
The production in Zwenkau provides many possibilities to individually modify standard valves from a wide variety of manufacturers. We also have a DIN valve range that we have developed ourselves.

Product monitoring

The DMS enables comprehensive product monitoring and tracking of the individual project steps. We guarantee pressure and functional tests as well as quality control of goods in accordance with the highest standards.

Documentation

Our Document Management System (DMS) ensures “as built” documentation with detailed
information about the product (dates, components, deliveries etc.).

Risk management

  • Creation of manufacturer-specific procurement documents, individual kick-off meetings: internal, and with customers and suppliers
  • Creation and monitoring of manufacturer-specific ITPs (Inspection & test plans)
  • Management and monitoring of adherence to delivery dates (expediting) and quality requirements (inspections) at the manufacturers’ premises.
  • Creation and archiving of documentation in accordance with requirements

Product modifications

Our valve warehouse contains a wide range of industrial valves.
Our employees are able to modify the valves in order to tailor them to the individual requirements of the customer

After Sales & maintenance

Our worldwide after-sales service encompasses regular maintenance measures such as replacement, repair and servicing. Thanks to our DMS, we guarantee the supply of spare parts for at least 10 years.
Fully equipped mobile service teams carry out all the work on site whenever required.
