Important information to business partners

Dear Sir / Madam,

In a fast changing world, it is necessary to ensure that a company is fast, flexible and fit, that is the reason why we are restructuring our companies into a more agile company, which from now on will operate under the name Siekmann Econosto GmbH.

Siekmann Econosto GmbH & Co. KG has been dissolved due to internal restructuring measures within the group and all assets as well as all rights and obligations have been transferred to Siekmann Econosto GmbH (before operating under the corporate name Econosto International Holding (Deutschland) GmbH). In addition, Siekmann Econosto Armaturen- und Dichtungstechnik GmbH has transferred all its assets as a whole with all rights and obligations to Siekmann Econosto GmbH as part of a merger.

Siekmann Econosto GmbH is registered with the Commercial Register of the District Court of Dortmund under HRB 13993. The company has its registered office in Dortmund and has two branches at the following unchanged addresses:

▪ Lissaboner Allee 3, 44269 Dortmund, Germany (Dortmund branch and headquarters)
▪ Baumeisterallee 33, 04442 Zwenkau, Germany (Zwenkau branch and delivery address)

The post office box in Dortmund as the postal billing address has changed as follows:
▪ Postbox 110180, 44057 Dortmund, Germany.

Furthermore, the VAT identification number has changed. This is now:
▪ VAT ID: DE118625542

The bank account details at Commerzbank Dortmund remain unchanged:

All rights and obligations of the previous companies, such as those resulting from existing contracts, will now be exercised by Siekmann Econosto GmbH.

For customers, suppliers and other business partners as well as employees, nothing will change as a result of this restructuring, with the exception of the changes mentioned above.

The following instructions still apply to suppliers:

1. As of 01.03.2023 we will release orders as Siekmann Econosto GmbH.
2. Please direct all invoices for fully performed deliveries/services from 01.03.2023 only to Siekmann Econosto GmbH.

The contact persons and contact details, such as telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, remain the same.
